What is your Return Policy?

General Return Policies

  • CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE to initiate the return process within 30 days of the delivery date. We OLNY accept products in their original condition, unworn, unwashed & smoke-free. And we CAN NOT process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service and a ‘return & exchange form’ that must be included with your package.
  • For reasons of health and hygiene, grooming products, products for piercings and intimates (including underwear, swimwear and loungewear) are non returnable.
  • Clearance items are all final sale & cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All items must be returned with their original tags attached. Clothing returned without original tags or not in compliance with our return policy will be refused or charged a 20-50% restock fee.
  • Original shipping fees are not-refundable & return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.
  • We refund the price you purchased your item at. Bonus points / coupon are not refundable.
  • Shoes must be returned with their original shoe box. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! We recommend you obtain proof of postage.
  • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
  • If you'd like to return your item for an exchange of its size or color, you will need to place a new order.
  • All goods will be inspected on return. We will process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned.
  • We reserve the right not to accept the returns without prior approval from our Customer Service.
  • This return policy does not apply to our business resellers. Please contact us for additional instructions.

Specific Policies for Our Items

Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items

You are qualified to get a full refund if your items are defective, damaged or mis-shipped. If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier, which should be included in your returned package. Once we have confirmed your Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped items (item shipped different from item ordered), we will be responsible for the item exchange and postage. You may also return the product and get a full refund including postage.

Sizing or Fitting Issues

For Regular Items

We accept items exchanges but not refund because of sizing issues for regular items.

If the item you received is not correct size as website described and do not fit you, please contact our customer service and request for an exchange.

Please note: we can not accept exchanges for one size items for sizing issue, as there are no other size available. One size item does not suit every body, so please read the size details carefully on product page.

For Custom made/size Items

If your dress size differs from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, feel free to choose from the following options:

  • You are encouraged to find a local tailor to make adjustments. In this case, we will reimburse you for up to 10% of the product price.
  • You may return the dress after customer service's confirmation to receive a full refund. (Without customer service's confirmation, we do not accept your case.) Buyer needs to pay for the cost of return shipping.

If the dress does not fit properly, but was made according to the specifications included in your order, please choose from the following options:

  • You may go to a local tailor to have the dress resized (at your own cost).
  • You may use our modification service to resize your dress. Contact us for a quote based on the complexity of the dress and the amount that needs to be altered.

Please be aware that if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.

Color Issues

Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are qualified to get a full refund.

Color Mismatch: The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on the site. Slight color aberration may not mean that the dress is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are positive that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.

Order Cancellation

We understand that every piece means a lot you and our cancellation policy was formulated with this in mind. As there are different selections of items, there are different policies. If you would like to cancel your order, please do contact Customer Service and request cancellation.

Unpaid orders will be canceled automatically after 5 days.

Cancellation Policy

For Regular Items

  • Orders canceled within 2 days of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Orders canceled within 2 – 5 days of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 80% of product purchase price.
  • Orders can nor be canceled after 5 days of payment confirmation.

For Custom made Items (wedding & events)

Once the tailoring process has begun, the materials cannot be reused. Please be informed that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. For details, please refer to our cancellation policy below.

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Orders canceled within 24 to 72 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 80% of product purchase price.
  • Orders canceled within 72 to 120 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 50% of product purchase price.
  • Orders canceled beyond 120 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund of full shipping cost only.
  • Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

For Handmade Items

For handmade item, like accessories, dresses and other specific products, the detailed cancellation policies are as followed:

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Orders canceled within 24 to 72 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 80% of product purchase price.
  • Orders canceled within 72 to 120 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 50% of product purchase price.
  • Orders canceled beyond 120 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund of full shipping cost only.
  • Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Flash Sale Items

Orders can not be canceled for Flash Sale Items.
